How do I book an appointment?

How long should I expect gift wrapping to take?

Single gifts are fairly quick and by appointment they can be wrapped in under 15 minutes. Because we are a small pop-up of two people, high volume markets may have a wait time. If you have a large order by appointment, we may need a day or so to finish your order.

Can you wrap with paper and ribbons that I supply?

Unfortunately, no. To ensure our sustainability standards and to be consistent with our quality, we cannot take outside gift wraps or ribbon.

What happens if my gift is broken?

Your gifts are our first priority! We are a tiny team of two and that allows us to ensure careful handling of your beautiful packages. We pack our boxes well for safe handling but, if unforeseen circumstances occur, we do have a claims process that we will work through with you.
